Booking conditions:
In order to secure your booking we will require a deposit of 25% which is non-refundable if you cancel the booking within 4 weeks of your stay and we are unable to fill the vacancy.
Full payment together with a security bond of £25 (in lieu of Key deposit) is payable 4 weeks before your stay commences. Note the key deposit of £25 will be fully refunded by cheque, cash or pay pal once the apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
Booking Details:
Change over days would normally be during the weekend but we can be flexible subject to availability please contact us to enquire.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Our English/Spanish speaking agent will meet you upon arrival with the key and run through basic housekeeping issues.
A welcome hamper can be arranged locally for the cost of 20 euros payable directly to our agent when you arrive. We can also arrange pick-ups from and drop offs to Jerez airport for 60 euros each way.
Cleaning during your stay is not included, if you wish to book this service an additional charge will apply.
